Paterson Habitat has a very active construction program with one or more new homes under construction at any given time. Activities include interior and exterior framing, flooring, cabinet installation, balconies, decks and trim.

In addition renovation work often takes place at several 25 year old original Habitat homes to update and modernize these homes for resale.
