Bergen County

The Washington Township project on Jefferson Avenue consists of four two-bedroom affordable homes. Two are designated for veterans and two for seniors over 55. The project is nearing completion with final trim and punch lists items underway

 

Paterson

​

Paterson Habitat has a very active construction program with five new homes under construction on Hamilton Avenue. Activities include interior and exterior framing, flooring, cabinet installation, balconies, decks and trim. In addition renovation work at several 25 year old original Habitat homes is underway to update and modernize these homes for resale.
